Dr. Alexander Pushka is a board certified Psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 20 years and is also affiliated with numerous hospitals in South Florida. Along with his team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, Dr.Pushka strives to give  his patients the care they deserve.*

Dr. Milana Kaplan is a board certified Psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 20 years. Along with her team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, Dr. Kaplan's "Patient First" approach is a testament to her commitment to the field of psychiatry as well as to the level of care she provides for her patients.*

At Advanced Psychiatric Services Professional Association, Dr. Pushka and Dr. Kaplan, along with their teams of psychiatric nurse practitioners, provide a wide range of mental health services including (but not limited to) the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Dr.Alexander Pushka and his team also specialize in providing psychiatric treatment for adolescent patients.

Our practice offers complete Medication Management and Psychotherapy services to Assisted Living Facilities, and is currently providing treatment to ALF residents throughout the State of Florida via TeleHealth Services.
