*Please note that appointments are available in person in our office as well as via TeleHealth Video Services. If you prefer to see your provider via Telehealth/Video, once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive instructions on setting up your video appointment with your doctor. At the end of your appointment, your doctor will electronically send your prescriptions to your pharmacy as needed.
